WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

1. Cheikh Hadiya undertakes to provide the service in a professional manner, taking into account the state of the art at the time of acceptance, and striving to meet the needs expressed by the User.

   2. Cheikh Hadiya, as the provider of this service, undertakes to implement the necessary means to ensure the permanence, continuity, and quality of the Service(s) it offers, to implement the necessary means to ensure the security and confidentiality of the data exchanged in the context of the performance of these services, and to reasonably benefit the User from technical developments.

   3. Cheikh Hadiya acknowledges that it has checked and validated the Service(s) and ensured that they are fully compatible with its hosting platform.

4. Cheikh Hadiya shall be solely responsible for the costs associated with the installation of the Service(s) and their compliance.

5. The products and services provided on this site are purely for entertainment purposes. Under no circumstances may the products and services provided constitute legal, medical, or psychological advice.

6. The User may not under any circumstances demand a perfect and certain response to their expectations, free from any errors, or a consistent and uninterrupted service.

   7. Relative nature of clairvoyance.

   8. Cheikh Hadiya cannot be held responsible for guaranteeing results with regard to the products and services offered and/or used and/or sold. The User is expressly informed that Cheikh Hadiya assumes no responsibility for the duration, maintenance, or deletion of the services.

9. Users are informed that clairvoyance is not an exact science and that the answers, predictions, or interpretations provided by clairvoyants are relative in nature. Clairvoyants cannot guarantee the outcome or accuracy of their answers, predictions, or interpretations under any circumstances. The answers, predictions, or interpretations provided by psychics should not, therefore, form the basis for personal or professional decision-making.   

10. Cheikh Hadiya provides no guarantee regarding the ability of the Service(s) to achieve the objectives that the User has set for themselves in terms of consultation.

   11. Cheikh Hadiya will take every care to satisfy the standards of practice in the profession of clairvoyance. However, Cheikh Hadiya cannot guarantee that the answers are free from errors, outdated or inaccurate references.

12. Under no circumstances shall Cheikh Hadiya be held liable for the choice of selections, the suitability of responses to requests, and, in general, the suitability of responses to the objectives sought by the User. Cheikh Hadiya cannot be held liable for the results of any operation carried out on the basis of information provided by the User and sent using the means made available to them under the service(s).

   13. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cheikh Hadiya cannot be held responsible for any damage of any kind, including, in particular, loss of profits, customers, data or any other loss of intangible assets, loss of earnings or any other loss or damage that may arise from the use or, conversely, the inability to access the service, even if Cheikh Hadiya has been informed of the potential for such damage.

14. Cheikh Hadiya cannot be held responsible for any action or recourse by third parties, insofar as he was not aware of the illegal activity or information, or if, as soon as he became aware of it, he acted promptly to remove this information or make it inaccessible, particularly as a result of publication.  

• information, images, sounds, texts, or videos that contravene the laws and regulations in force, contained and/or disseminated, directly or through the use of a frame or hypertext link, on the user's website(s).  

• violation of intellectual property rights relating to works distributed or reproduced, in whole or in part, on the user's website(s) without the express consent of their author.  • the suspension and/or termination of accounts, in particular following non-payment of sums due under these terms and conditions, and more generally due to the non-performance of any of the user's obligations as set out herein.

   15. The User indemnifies Cheikh Hadiya against any possible conviction in this regard, provided that the latter was not aware of the illegal activity or information, or if, as soon as it became aware of it, it acted promptly to remove this information or make it inaccessible.

16. The service may be modified at the initiative of Cheikh Hadiya. Users will be informed of any modifications to these terms and conditions in accordance with the procedure set out herein. In the event of modifications to technical services, particularly when the modification concerns the price of the service. The User may terminate the service before the date on which the change or new price takes effect. Termination of the service does not give rise to any right to compensation.

   17. Cheikh Hadiya may suspend or terminate all or part of the service, automatically and by operation of law, without prior notice to the User, in the event of manifest disloyalty observed by Cheikh Hadiya and in urgent cases, to put an end to the actions concerned and/or when an advertisement, of any kind whatsoever, clearly shows that any information provided by the User is generally prohibited. If Cheikh Hadiya observes a serious and manifest breach, it may, without prior notice, suspend all or part of the service.
